Worker Development

Includes our in-house developed and well recognised CREST (Critical Enabling Skills Training), Going the Extra Mile in Service (GEMS).
PRIME (Programme For The Revitalisation Of Mature Employees), PRIME-Plus and DRIVE (Developing Resourcefulness In Valued Employees). To date, we have trained more than 10,000 workers above 40 years of age. |
| Executive Development |
Includes programs such as EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Programme), EFD (Effective Financial Development) & MCF (Managing You Cash Flow) for training of the company executives in areas related to business management.
Certificate in Management of Non-Profit Organisations (CMNPO), 150-hours programme jointly developed with Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Social Service Training Institute, and approved under the Skills Developement Fund (SDF) which provides 90% course fee funding.
Certificate in Small Business - Retail (CSB Retail), 240-hours programme jointly developed with Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and approved under the Skills Developement Fund (SDF) which provides up to 90% course fee funding.
Skills Certificate in Small Business (SCSB), 180-hours programme jointly developed with Temasek Polytechnic, and approved under the Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP) which provides 90% to 100% course fee funding.
Self-Employment Training Programme (SET), 2-days introductory course which focuses on basic skills and knowledge on starting a business. The course is assisted with up to 80% funding by the Ministry of Manapower. To date, we have trained more than 600 participants.
Starting Your Own F&B Business & Making a Success of Your F&B Business Seminars, 2-days seminar which focus on required skills and knowledge on starting a F&B business. |

The Employability Skills System (ESS) is part of the National Continuing Education and Training Framework (NCETF), a national CET system that will align all CET training to a national CET skills framework reflecting the occupational skills needed by industry, provide a qualifications framework to recognise this skills training and develop the standards and quality of training and training activities in Singapore. |
Mosque Accounting Workshop

Aim for chairman, secretary and honorary treasurer of a mosque vis-a-vis finance. This course helps mosque finance personnels interpret major features of MUIS Mosque Financial Regulations and Mosque Accounting System. Participants learn to organise the documents required for accounting for effective adminisration of the accounting function. They will also plan the budgeting process and prepare a simple budget for the mosque. |
