	TERMS & CONDITIONS B2B Terms & Conditions/Web Policy 1. Warranty of Goods/Services All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. 2. Terms of Warranty All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none. 3. Prices All our prices are firm excluding Goods & Services Tax unless otherwise stated. 4. Payment Processing We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, NETS, cheques and cash payments. Such payments must be made at our office. 5. Cancellation of Orders For Goods We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. No cancellation of order is allowed after receiving the confirmation of orders. For Services Cancellation or replacement for the courses/events registered should be conveyed to SSA one week prior to the commencement of the course/event. An administration fee of 25% of the total course/event fee shall be levied if the cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before the course/event commences. No refund will be made for cancellation made less than 3 working days before the course/event commences. 6. Confirmation of Orders We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action. 7. Exchange & Refunds All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 8.
